For the 2–5 person security, compliance or ops function

Every questionnaire answer carries an owner its evidence an approval

ReviewRoute is a review queue for questionnaire answers. Each answer holds an owner, a linked evidence document, an approval state and a staleness date, so reviewers approve or reject with a comment and the workspace exports the approval trail alongside the response pack.

  • An owner on every answer

Each claim names the person accountable for it.

  • Evidence linked, not remembered

The policy document behind the claim sits in the row.

  • Approved, with a comment

Reviewers sign off or reject, and the decision is kept.

How it works

A queue that keeps the receipt

Sales drafts the answer, security approves the claim, and the workspace records who signed, against which document, and when it goes stale.

Draft the answer and name its owner

An answer enters the queue with the person accountable for it, the evidence document that backs the claim, and the date it should be reviewed again. Nothing sits in the queue without those four fields.

Review, approve or reject with a comment

The reviewer reads the claim beside its evidence and records a decision. Approvals and rejections both carry a comment, and the decision stays in the answer's history rather than in a chat thread.

Export the trail with the response pack

The workspace exports the audit trail of approvals alongside the response pack, so the buyer's security team can see who approved each claim, which document backed it, and when it needs review again.

Before and after

From a Slack thread to a signed register

The same routine, with the record kept at every step instead of reconstructed months later.

The manual routine
  • Answer pasted from an old questionnaire
  • Approval given in a chat thread
  • Evidence document named from memory
  • No record of who approved what
With ReviewRoute
  • Answer enters the queue with an owner
  • Reviewer approves with a comment
  • Evidence document linked in the row
  • Trail exported with the response pack

Capabilities

What the queue gives your team

Four fields per answer, one decision per reviewer, and an export that carries the whole record.

A review queue with four fields

Every answer lists its owner, its linked evidence document, its approval state and its staleness date on one line.

Approve or reject with a comment

A reviewer records the decision and the reason, and the decision stays in the answer's history.

An audit trail you can export

The workspace exports the approvals alongside the response pack, with owner, evidence, state, comment and staleness date.

$79 one-time for 30 days of unlimited answers and the audit-trail export. The free queue holds up to 5 answers.

Give every claim a signature

Open a review queue, put an owner and an evidence document on each answer, and let reviewers approve with a comment. The trail leaves the workspace with the response pack.
